Cairns Defender Visor

The new Defender Visor now available for Cairns 1010 & 1044 Traditional Helmets and Cairns 660 Modern Helmets. The Defender Visor offers eye protection from dust, dirt and grit. Sleek and attractive construction allows fast, easy raising and lowering of your visor even with gloved hands. This visor's exclusive integral design is retractable for the ultimate in compact convenience.

Available with a new helmet or as user-upgrade kit
Standard clear and amber Tuffshield visor options are NFPA-compliant

Cairns 1010

The Cairns 1010 traditional helmet provides the perfect combination of durability and performance. With a market leading 5 year shell replacement warranty. Tough through color, fiberglass reinforced, hi-temp composite resists cracking and chipping. Non-corroding, high temperature, glass-filled polymer faceshield hardware. Ultra high temperature edge trim will not melt or drip.

Nomex® chinstrap with one-hand quick release buckle allows quick and easy adjustment.
Patented shell release increases neck & head protection.
High-temperature foam cap increases thermal and impact protection.
The Cairns 1010 includes a flannel liner, Nomex® earlap, a choice of eye protection: Defender Visor, goggle system or 4" faceshield, and a choice of Carved Eagle or Silk-screened Eagle Front Holder.
This helmet is also available with a Matte finish: Cairns 1044.

Cairns 360

The Cairns 360 helmet is the lightest and lowest-profile helmet offered by MSA Cairns Helmets. NFPA-compliant with a polymer thermoplastic shell, it offers true economy without any compromise. Comes with a non-corroding, high-temperature, glass-filled polymer faceshield hardware.

Ultra high-temperature (TPR) edge trim will not melt or drip.
