BAUER VERTICUS MINI & MAXI COMPRESSOR SYSTEMS

MINI VERTICUS and MAXI VERTICUS combine compressor, air purification, SECURUS electronic moisture monitoring system and motor in a space saving, sound attenuated vertical cabinet designed to diminish operating sound levels. The MINI VERTICUS sound level is approximately 70 dBA and the MAXI VERTICUS is less than approximately 79 dBA (both at 3ft/ 1meter distance).

BAUER CONTAINMENT FILL STATIONS

BAUER offers only independently tested containment fill stations which were found to protect the operator from over-pressure and fragmentation per NFPA 1901. Formed plate steel and fewer weldments help maintain structural integrity while at the time reducing size and weight. Our ergonomic "Easy Load" door design allows the operator to open and close the door with less than 18 lbs. of force without hyper-extended hand and wrist movements.

SEAWESTERN AIR ANALYSIS PROGRAM

Join our tried and true Quarterly Air Analysis Program! Our quarterly Air Analysis Program is based on quarterly testing as mandated by NFPA 1989 guidelines. Air samples are collected into the sterile air analysis kit that we provide you. We will automatically ship to you an Air Test Kit(s) to your location every three months. This serves as a great reminder that it is time to take your air sample. You simply collect an air sample into the sterile container provided, and ship it to the lab. You will receive an air quality analysis certificate stating that your air meets the standards you requested. If your air does not pass, you will be contacted by SeaWestern to discuss the problem and another air test can be completed once the problem has been identified and corrected. Air is tested at a laboratory certified by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation as required by NFPA.
